These terms and conditions apply between you, the User of this Website (including any sub-domains, unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions), and Terra Terra Ltd, the owner and operator of this Website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately.
In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by Terra Terra Ltd and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to Terra Terra Ltd and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Bookings T&C’s
We have a 15 minutes grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booking time. We may contact you about this booking, so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date. Your table will be booked for 1 hour 30 minutes. Please be aware that standard bookings are for the main dining area and outdoor bookings are for the terrace. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge if you cancell it 6 hours before your booking time. A £20 fee per person will be deducted for any late cancellations or no-shows. Every table reserved is for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please be aware we are a cashless restaurant, all major card payments are accepted. We kindly inform you the Terrace close at 10 pm. We do not accept OpenTable cheque.

By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without the owner's prior written permission

21. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Terra Terra Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions: Monthly Giveaway from 23.11.23
1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to any followers of Terra Terra on instagram. Employees and immediate family members of Terra Terra are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The giveaway entry period begins on Thursday, 23/11/2023 and ends on 2/1/2024. Entries submitted after the specified end date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: Participants must follow Terra Terra on instagram (@terraterrauk), who have liked this instagram post on the @terraterrauk instagram handle, and who have tagged a second account underneath said instagram post. Each participant who completes the required actions will receive one entry.
4. Prize: The prize consists of a meal valued up to £250 for 2 people at Terra Terra in the month of January 2024. The prize can be redeemed at any point in the month of January 2024 from the announcement of the winner of the giveaway on 3rd January, 2024. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries. The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on January 3rd, 2024 after the giveaway ends.
6. Publicity Release: By participating, the winner grants Terra Terra the right to use their Instagram handle and any submitted content (such as photos, comments) for promotional purposes across social media channels.
7. General Conditions: Terra Terra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice. The decisions made by Terra Terra are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
